The professional came right over and was willing to work with me. His warranty also was three times longer than other professionals.

Does not give proper receipts for work that is being done. Wants to blames customer when he is in trouble does not know how to speak to customers when you have issues with his work. Refuses to give refunds when necessary. Too evasive about his shady run plumbing business still seems to think that he is running a business. Have reported this company and I'm taking action against this company.

Door not cut correctly so it does not shut, brand new faucet leaks, never painted over a patched wall, and thought he was done working. Never showed up before noon or 1:00, took one month to not even complete a6x12 bathroom. And played the blame game every time you would point something out to him. I have to hire someone to complete unfinished work. In my opinion a horrible experience Unfortunately most of the negative reviews were not yet posted when I hired him. Live and learn. The people he hired to do some of the job were wonderful. had no regard for any other room in my home and even brought his child to my home without notifying me, left her in my house in front of the tv, with my dog who has been known to go after kids, in the house. I did not know this until my teenage son told me after the fact that she was there. The lawsuits that he.could have opened me up to were the worst part! I felt the absolute worst experience with a contractor EVER! And this is only a small part of it all!

Sump Pump or Interior Foundation Drains Installation
William and Dominick were very punctual, courteous and professional. I hired them to install a sump, including digging the pit, sump pump, and a backup water powered sump pump. They did their job extremely well and were able to finish the work in 1 day, as promised. Additionally they did extra work for no charge, like changing out my broken water valve, changing my humidifier water feed and cleaned out my basement bathroom grinder pump sump tank. All in all I am very happy with my choice of these guys, and would definitely recommend them and would use them again in the future. I was chatting with Will and I am so glad that he has a long term view of building his business, rather than many small businesses that are in just for the quick buck and not concerned about their reputation and future customers. Many guys will just change their business to a different name and continue with their unsavory practices. Good for you guys Will and Dom, and PLEASE keep up the good work!

A simple oil tank gauge check and pressing a button ended up costing me over $300 because it was "work provided" and it was a holiday.

"It was more than a click of a button I climbed over mounds of garbage had to move mountains of garbage just to get to the unit. spiders crawling nasty rotten food had to be cleaned off the unit just so I could start it. I even offered the customer reimbursement for the charge today if she decided to have me do more work at the kindness of my heart because of her living conditions! Things on this earth are not free everybody expects everything for free! they don't realize what it takes to write a legitimate company succeed and to also be able to offer a warranty with all the work I provide."

needed a plumber, called last night around 4:pm to make an appt for next day. this guy came an hour after i called. offered to do more work for more $$$, i turned him down, he did not push it, was friendly, fast, efficient, reasonably priced. grateful for the work (!) 1/2 hour later, my problem was fixed, everything neat and clean.....then he did some of the extra work, but didn't charge me! william of python plumbing, with his sidekick dominick. highly recommended. 518-698-5288

William fixed the piping below my kitchen sink in order to fix the leaks that were happening recurrently. The work finished gave an impression of the plumber who knows his job well. The piping was simplified and air vent installed in order to eliminate the back pressure causing loosening of the pipe joint. The work was done today and I am hoping that the leak wouldn't occur again. William gave me 90 day warranty on the labour and material, which speaks of the confidence towards the quality of the finished job as well as the client satisfaction. I strongly recommend William for solving the plumbing related issues.
