Q1 Inspections, LLC

Just months after receiving an inspection that indicated no structural damage to my first home, I am looking at over $50k in repairs. Rotted & severely moisture damaged subfloors, many cracked joists & an addition that is separating from my home are just a few of the problems. All of which were visually noticeable from the crawl space & should have been brought to my attention. Mr Ryan made no effort to resolve the problem & when I contacted him regarding the issues he told me I needed to get a hobby. The repairs needed to make my home whole are a tad less than half of what I paid.

I feel that I got a great inspection from Q1 for a very reasonable price, and if the deal on the house that was inspected falls through for any reason, and I must continue my house hunt, I will certainly be giving Mr. Ryan a call next time I need an inspection done. Very courteous, and meticulous. He brought many important discrepancies to light, as well as a laundry list of small, frequently overlooked items. I was also impressed with the detailed (and homebuyer friendly) Inspection report. I have zero complaints and I am glad I hired this guy.

Q1 Inspections really looked out for in my attempt to purchase my first home. Mr. Ryan was more than willing to work for me and do a quality inspection with honest feedback. I had come across a brand new home and I for sure thought this was the home for me! Once I got my report back the inspection stated that there was a huge water issue from the foundation and in the hallway ceiling. The list goes on and on as it relates to the different issues that I had with this experience. However, Q1 was honest, the report was extremely detailed and easy to comprehend! I recommend Q1 Inspections!!!
