If you are a first time homeowner like myself, do not think twice about contacting Alex to help you out with any issues you may have with your roof. Alex is unbelievably friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and is the right person to contact to make sure any fixes that need to be made are done the right way. Not only did my roof get the long list of repairs it desperately needed, it was also a very educational experience. Alex was a very good educator explaining what my roof's issues were, what it all meant, and the process of how he'd fix it for me. Any question I had for him was answered with transparency and clarity. Alex sets up a Google Drive link to share with you of the photos and videos he takes and thoroughly documents the entire process from start to finish. This allows you to see the before and after results, and it is fantastic seeing how everything looks after the quality work he provides. On top of everything else, him and I noticed I had part of a downspout and elbow missing coming down from my gutter that I didn't notice before. He said that he'll come back out and fix that for me free of charge to make sure I'm taken care of for the future. Just an unbelievably generous person to do business with. There is a reason he has so many 5-star reviews. The passion he has for his job and the ambition to make sure the work is done correctly is through the roof... (pun intended). We had multiple problems w/ our roof/gutters due to shoddy installation a few yrs ago from a different company. All this was complicated by animals that had made a hole in the roof into the attic, so removal of raccoon & possum had to be done first. We were blown away by Alex's knowledge, expertise, & customer service. His communication skills are the best of anyone I have ever seen in this business, & he documents the work every step of the way w/ photos so the homeowner can truly understand & appreciate the quality of his work & what is happening. If we could give him 10 stars, we would. Definitely recommend & we will be a repeat customer!
