To begin with he was suppose to show up early on Saturday and did not get there until around 11:30 and then he basically has screwed up the timers so bad on the sprinkler systems that I have no idea what to do with and I will know have to pay someone else to do this. More money out of a single mom's salary.Then the whole time that he was there he complained about how he should of been home with his wife who had the day off!!!

I was only able to comment on certain questions. I am currently not in state to check on quality, cleanliness, and value. But with the high marks on everything else I would guess that all else will be highly marked.

The final project was outstanding and the price was far lower than any other bids I received for this project. I would recommend QBC (Lee) to anyone needing concrete work done.

Never came back to do follow up cleaning

Lee is a very friendly person and doesn't mind explaining what he's doing and what needs to be done. He does great work and works at it until he gets it right to the customers satisfaction. I would definitely use Lee again and would recommend him highly.

Lee was great! he came to our house while we were out and took a look at our sprinklers. he called me later on the phone and told me what the problem was and how to fix it over the phone. we plan to call him for any other problems we have. thanks Lee!

QBC was great!

I was very happy with the service provided. Lee helped analyze the problem with my sprinkler system (insufficient water pressure; requiring an adjustment of the presure regulator that feeds the sprinkler system) and then corrected it.

Lee got back with me within 10 minutes of submitting my service request. He worked with me for a full week, replacing parts and ultimately my entire manifold. He was thorough and took pains to keep me informed as to what was going on. I'd recommend him to anyone!

The job took a bit longer then was first anticipated. When they were finished their was a problem with the system but I do credit them for coming back until things were working with no extra charges.

Both representatives were very friendly & had my sprinkler system working within the hour. They also showed me how to maintain the system. They were knowledgeable and very helpful with answering all my questions.
