So umm I know Touré in person, hes the nicest guy, he literally tries to help everyone he meets. We gave him a 50% deposit and the team came and did a great job, my only complaint is that most of his workers don't speak the best English but hey lol ....works for me. This guy is the real deal

This is 2025 and I think this person is still up to no good and is a con artist. The only thing is that now his company is called best builders through Home Depot pro referral and also American Bureau of Contractors. Also he is not going by the name Toure Henderson but by Ishmael Muhammad. He is based out of Pennsylvania/New Jersey. He tells you that he can do the work, and after you pay him more than 50%, he tells you that he cannot finish the job, after weeks of finding excuse and reason as to why he can not work on the project. And he refuses to give any refund. If anyone ever deal with this person let me know. I?m pursuing legal action so he can stop ripping off people. He has been doing this since 2021 and it needs to stop.

I would rate ZERO stars if I could! I agree with all the previous comments on this â construction companyâ I should have done better research! I filed a claim against them and won and they closed their bank account before I could collect on them! They lied, left my job unfinished until I fired them! After which, several materials we purchased were missing from the site. Wealth of Society, Priceless Construction LLC, whatever you guys call yourselves now a days is a COMPLETE SCAM!! DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!! If anyone reading this has any ideas on how I can collect on them please contact me!

My fiancé hired Priceless Construction LLC to install new floors in a bedroom. The job is literally a 1 day from being done. I told Toure Henderson to come finish the job and he will get his check and be paid in full at the end of the day. I also told him the section on the invoice that says ?Building Permits $1,000.00 will not be paid because he never got the permits. Hey said he did not need them (I called I and he actually did need therefor the sub floor) Then Toure Henderson said it was permits and fees. The problem is the line under ?Building Permits? is another charge for Fees.? Then he tried to say it was for his license and insurance. Then when I said I am not paying it he told me that the floors (which structurally seem perfectly fine. No holes, dips, jagged edges, just fine old floors) that came with the house which are probably 30 years old are not up to code and that he is going to have the police and a city inspector at my home Monday morning and tie up the rental process for me so I will be losing that rent money the whole time this is being held up in court. Realizing Toure Henderson was a complete piece of ,,,, I contacted a building inspector who turned out to be a cop and actually worked in my district. Talk about the stars aligning! To make a long story short I met with him for over an hour, he looked at my place and his work and agreed with my opinion of Toure Henderson. But just to 100% sure I was in the right I contacted a few contractors and I (twice) and they all agreed that his threats of showing up with the police and L&I were empty. I actually told me ?If we did show up, which we wont, do not let us in. If we can not see the violation we can not do anything about it.? Anyways, the bottom line is, Toure Henderson of Priceless Construction Marlton, NJ, Toure Henderson of Priceless Construction Trenton NJ, Toure Henderson of Priceless Construction Bensalem PA is a scumbags scumbag with zero redeeming qualities!

This contract on first encounter looks very impressive. He makes high promises that he will not fulfil at the end e.g., project finish timelines, etc.. He tells you he wont ask for any other upfront payment after the first deposit but he uses that to get the contract and once he gets the contract, he will make demands for other upfront payments. It looks like he aimed mostly at Nonprofit institutions like Churches, etc. Once he knows you are, he introduces his other company to you and promise of helping you to get acquisition properties for free but only pay him a fee. He is so persuasive and cunning. He will trick you by all means to get you to accept his offer to help you get a property at no other cost aside from his fees. He makes you pay 50 percent upfront of those fees and once you make that payment, your troubles begin. First thing he tells you upon receiving the advance payment is hes traveling for vacation then, his kid and so on. He will then begin to use his tricks now to make you angry dont call me, let me do your job, etc. so you can ask for refund, if you do, he tells you its nonrefundable. Then, he will begin to seek means to blackmail you as a way to scare you to let him be and walk away with your money. He will abandon your job and will scam you on the other hand with his other company.
