Prompt, honest, and got it done same day I had an A/C issue during a heatwave, and these guys came through fast. They showed up the same day, quickly diagnosed a blown capacitor, and had my system back up and running in no time. They were professional, didn’t try to upsell me on anything unnecessary, and even did a proper coil cleaning and refrigerant top-up at a fair price. Really glad I called them — highly recommended.

A/C went out over July 4th weekend, Adam came out right away to diagnose issue. Was able to replace the broken unit in half a day at a reasonable price. Professional and responsive.

Phenomenal service by the QNR HVAC and Drain crew. Our tankless water heater broke and needed to be fully replaced. We called them on a Saturday and by Monday afternoon the heater was replaced! Excellent craftsmanship from detailed-oriented technicians. They explained everything they were doing and understood the challenge of being at a home without hot water. Highly recommend them!

Andy and partner arrived within 2 hours of my request on Angi, diagnosed the issue with my broken hvac in 15 mins and ordered the parts for repair. 8am the following morning Andy called to advise the part would arrive at his office by 10:30 and he would be at my house at 11:30am to install and hung around to make sure unit was operating as it should testing output of each register. Thankfully the hvac is again working as it should as it is the middle of winter. Andy was efficient, honest, good communicator and fair in terms of cost. My hubby and I are happy to have found a reliable resource for hvac/ac issues. Andy also solves plumbing issues! One stop shopping. We are happy campers! Thank you Andy and Angi!!
