Roy is an amazing representative and provided us with great service

Good service...until QSI took my money. QSI does not stand behind its work. QSI is based out of San Antonio, but also services Austin and Houston. I had QSI install network cable for me after finding them on HomeAdvisor. The installer did a great job, and after spending a solid 12 hours working on the cable drops, I added a good tip to my payment. The installer told me that he didn't have the cable connectors and faceplates with him. After numerous emails and text messages to setup a follow-up date, QSI arrived 13 days later to install the connectors, faceplates and tested the cabling. I was assured that the cabling passed passed testing and everything was ok. A few days later, my DSL provider began to use the new cable and determined that a couple of the wires were bad. At first, QSI told me that they would come out and help me resolve the issue. A couple more weeks go by where QSI would not schedule a fix date or would setup a date/time and not arrive. Within the past week, my emails, phone calls, and text messages are all unanswered. The initial install was performed a month and a half ago and I do not feel that QSI will help me. I am not happy at all with QSIs customer service and feel that I paid a lot of money for something that is broken.

Steve Miller did the project. He was knowledgable, experienced, and friendly. When he was done he took his time to go over all the components and show us how to use and the options available to us. Would highly recommend .

Arrived on time, listened to me about what I wanted done and was very knowledgeable. Extremely courteous.
