Ryan's communication from the very first call was excellent. He explained everything he was going to do and asked if we had any questions or areas of concern. The inspection report was received quickly and was very detailed. My realtor was so impressed he asked for Ryan's contact information. He said it had been a while that he had seen such a well prepared inspection report. Ryan is also retired military so another reason to support him.
