The roof was leaking around under the flashing at the connection to the chimney, as well as having a misplaced metal bar directing the rain water toward the chimney. That caused problems both inside and outside the house. Jesse took pictures of the damages and repaired the affected areas. He also surveyed the rest of the roof and nailed down and sealed some shingles and the fascia where the nails had popped out. The service was great and the cost was very close to the Home Advisor estimation.
