Jamie and his entire crew exceeded our expectations. They were all polite and extremely professional. Having a very old house, we knew there would be some surprises along the way regarding wood rot and other issues when painting our house. Jamie always notified us immediately and allowed us to discuss the best remedy. As stated earlier, his crew was punctual, professional and polite. We would definitely recommend to anyone having their house painted.

One of the owners answered my call so I did not have to play telephone tag. That same day the other owner came to my home to inspect the exterior of my home and to provide me with an estimate and to confirm an appointment date and time. Both owners were very friendly and professional. The crew showed up on time, and they did an excellent job power washing the exterior of my home. I am very pleased with this company and I will use them again.

Superior communication thanks to Christy! So easy to receive a quote on cleaning our gutters. Jamie even took pictures of our extremely high roof showing us some roof problems we were totally unaware of. Plan on having them come back in the fall! Jamie provides power wash work; very polite, professional and provides explanations for what he is doing. He educates the customer as to proper methods and products. The exterior of my house was a mess - heavy accumulations of algae and a layer of dirt on the siding, porches, and deck. Q's did an amazing job! The house now looks like it was newly sided and the decks and porches are pristine. I interviewed powerwashing vendors 4 vendors and Q's was the only one that did an in-person estimate - which is important for many homes which are not clearly visualized with Google Earth. They also cheerfully accomodated my schedule and made sure that the job was completed in time for an event at my home. Calls were promptly returned and they also followed up afterwards to make sure that I was satisfied with the work. In my experience, it is rare for a company to exceed my expectations - but that was the case with Q's!
