Work was done on the entire apt (reno of the kitchen and 2baths, hallway, bed rooms and living room). The job included a gut reno of kitchen and baths, removing popcorn ceilings, removing a wall, replacing interior doors, installing luxury vinyl floor tile throughout, installing lighting, and painting. The contractor and workers were excellent. They were meticulous. Quality of work was excellent.

Mike is the most reliable, proffessional and honest contractors I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He did exactly what was agreed upon on time and for the price agreed upon. The job started out well but then deteriorated due to several errors, mistakes in measuring and finally refusal to do one of the things listed on the proposal. Time and money was wasted due to mistakes. He also attempted to charge us at the end of the job for things that were either included in the proposal or that were not authorized. Maybe he was a good contractor in the past but not in our experience. Also, one person, who is not the owner, does all the work. It takes a long time for the work to get done - luckily we were not pressed for time as the work was done during the winter in a summer seasonal home.

Very dependable and reliable. He gets back to you either and works with you throughout the project.
