I have used Quail Services at multiple homes over the years and have found the owner and the technicians to be professional, reliable, and honest. They have completed totally new heating and air conditioning installs at my home and all were done quickly, efficiently, and reliably. From the install teams, to the service teams, and all the way to the plumbing division, I have used the services of all and was never disappointed. Truly an amazing company that I would recommend over and over!

This was a fabulous experience . We had several companies provide us a quote. This was the only one that gave us a quote on the spot, provided three options and did the entire job In a single day. They even processed our rebates for us. Outstanding organization!!!

The level of professionalism was outstanding. Customer service and following through the full process was greatly appreciated. The service was excellent, prompt, and professional. Had a water heater replaced and the cost was less than i thought it'd be. Plus I received an education on care and use of my oil heating system as well. Quail is now on my speed dial list for any future projects.

I called them about my propane water heater and they got in touch with me right away. James came over the next day and explained what he could do in an easy to understand manner. Unfortunately, he didn't have the valve needed on the truck so he drove to Worcester to pick one up. Came back and installed it in no time. James was very professional and friendly. I would recommend them to anybody and will call them again in the future. Thank you James!

We had an emergency where our heat was off from the middle of the night when it stopped working. Instead of waiting for my oil company to come out with hours of waiting, I found Quail here and they had availability right away. They called me within minutes of signing up and had a technician come out within a half hour of our call. He fixed the problem after investigating.
