Quality Flooring

He cover up his mistakes instead of correcting them.. For instance, he put my kitchen flooring down and covered up his mistake of cutting pieces too short around the vent and covered it up by not putting the vent in place all the way, so we are dealing with how to make it look presentable. In my bathroom he cut pieces to short near the wall where the vanity goes at least an inch too short. He covered that up with lots of caulking and molding. Fortunately, when the people came to install the vanity they had to cut the molding so the vanity would be flushed to the wall. His clean up is horrible and he tried to leave without putting down strips over threshold but I told him he would not get paid until it was completed. He does not do a walkthrough when the work is done I had to personally tell him what he was doing wrong and how he should do it for good customer service towards his black customers. If you hire this man please check everything before you pay him. He refused to do my bathroom closet when asked but he removed the stripes and did not replace them. He did my dads floors Rev. Willey B and left things messed up. When my dad called him he told him about things and he told my dad that he would get to it when he can. That is poor professionalism, because a professional would look at his calendar for availability and make that day happen. I will never hire him again.
