I don't recommend using Qualified Electric specialist. They put holes in my ceiling tiles in two different rooms, a hole was drilled in the top of my workshop, by the owner's father, the 240 electrical box has a wrong cover, leaving room for a mouse, bird etc, to get in and start a fire!! They cut into my propane gas line to my house, when they put the new electric panel box in my house, three different workers had to take the panel completely off and back on again at least 15 times!! I now have to hire a new electrician to go in and assure me things were done according to code. The owner Anthony Blackmon has had four people working on this project, that he said would take two days, this was Oct 22, it is now Dec 3, 2018. And I will not continue payments until my house is repaired and they have done the best they could to keep my workshop from leaking. tools that they did not have with them, they used mine and broke one, that I made them replace. Materials and garbage were left for me to clean up. The owner Anthony Blackmon was one who installed the new electric panel in my home without labeling what breaker controls what part of the house!! He will not get another dime until all of these things are correct, nor will I allow him to bring a fifth employee in my home. Pay attention HomeAdvisor, on his business cards or stationary, his name is missing, only his license number. Real Slick.

I would definitely use them again, made sure to explain what they were doing through-out the job and cleaned up after themselves. Also, right on time.

The workers worked efficiently, gave qualified recommendations and performed the work in a professional manner.

The initial technician that installed the floodlights made several attempts but was unable to get floodlights to work as stated. A second representative from the company came to complete the project but did not have a ladder to reach the lights and stated that the original team would return. The original team came back and said the job was completed and the lights would come on as designed after dark. However, the lights did not work properly and another team was sent to complete the job today. Will check tonight to see if the lights come on as promised. The lady who answered our phone calls (office personnel) requesting corrective action was very helpful and courteous and was the best part of our experience. Note the final team (fourth attempt) that came to correct the work did a good job of installing the floodlights (today), so will know tonight after dark if the installation works as promised.

These people showed up. A handful of others NEVER showed up or called, so I would use these people again in my area. Thoroughly professional.

What more can one ask for regarding one day service. The two young men who came and completed the work were fast and efficient. The knew exactly what to do, were friendly and did a wonderful job. I am grateful for the work they performed and would recommend this company to friends and family.

They promised to finish the job the next morning, but no one showed as of yet. Not even a promised call was made to possible re-schedule.

Started out rocky. We were supposed to have work done on a Saturday and a tech called me 4-5 times on Saturday pushing the appointment back until he eventually canceled and rescheduled for Monday. He wasted our time and day. Monday came and tech Chris Melton and his assistant showed up on time and began working. He installed recessed lighting for us and he did exactly what we asked for. They did a great job. I will use them again if needed, but I will only request Chris M.

We were unable to connect the new wires our camper is not here, he told us to call if any thing needed help. Wonderful to work with would highly recommend.

Impeccable Job! Fixed initial problem. Found and repaired issues caused by a So Called Individual which could have burned down my home.

I scheduled my appointment and they didn't see it in their system. They ended up coming later in the day. They did a great job but scheduling was a little frustrating.

When I contacted this business I was quoted $575 for the work that I needed done. Two employees came by later that day and the lead person stated $600.00. I did not challenge him until the end. We set up for them to come back on Thursday as the remodeling contractor and the countertop people needed to install the countertops on Friday. They promised to be here at 8:00 a.m. At 9:40 Thursday morning I was finally able to reach someone at Qualified Electrical Services wanting to know where the electricians were that promised to be there at 8:00. They advised me that one of the crew had to be hospitalized but they would send another crew. At 12:00 noon that crew finally arrived but did not have any data on what the job was. At about 12:30 they were off to Home Depot for parts. Well not exactly about 10 minutes later they walked into my home unannounced, to tell us that they would have to work late into the night to finish the job and decided to come back at 8:00 a.m. on Friday to start the job. On Friday morning at 8:30 I called the office and was advised that they would be here by 9:00. Well they showed up at 9:30 but it was one of the original crew with a different helper and he didn't have the notes from the Thursday crew. Well they finally completed everything at about 1:00, so the job took 3.5 hours to complete, which the crew on Thursday could have done as well. The delay actually caused me an additional $500.00 between additional fees and added charges for the delay this created. I feel that they did an acceptable job and am OK with their work. I believe they used less expensive methods and materials. The work, though mostly hidden, is not as professional as I would have expected and appears amateuristic at best. I am sorry for the employee having to go to the hospital but I believe in "Working The Project, not having The Project Work You" In this case I feel that this project worked me.
