The build team was always on time, courteous and cleaned up each day. Dave directed the team and checked in each day to ensure things were going well. True professionals and our new deck looks great. We look forward to having Dave and his team back for other projects. Highly recommended !!!!!

Excellent work. Did some renovations on a two-family property adding closets, replacing a 1/2 bath, 2 kitchen updates, replacing doors, plumbing and heating, closing off a doorway. Replacing floors from an insurance claim. We have ended up with a charming two-family. David Martin is a perfectionist and seems to take pride in his work.

David responded immediately after I had requested a handyman. He arrived to my house on time, gave me a quote within a few days for painting, and some minor plumbing. one problem was that I bought inferior paint (Behr from Home Depot and Kilz "Latex") for him to use--not thinking that diff quality paint would not address the water stains on my ceiling. David was pretty upset at the initial outcome because he takes his work personally. I then went and picked up Ben Moore ceiling paint and Kilz "oil -based" primer. David came back, repainted; the job came out perfect! Homeowners, always use a high quality product to get the job done right!

David Martin came to my house, examined my roof and convinced me I did not need to have him clean the ice off it since it had started to melt. He refused to accept any payment for the visit.

My requests for service was answered the very same day I sent it in. David Martin arrived the next day to give me a quote on the cost. Additionally, I needed some snow removal from my roof and he was able to provide a group of men do that work as well. The removal was scheduled and they arrive promptly as promised in the job was completed within a couple of hours. I would highly recommend David Martin and intend to contact him in the future for any additional projects.

He a perfectionist in his work, will keep working until he is satisfied. He was helping me get my house ready to sell, has a license for much of the work, he is a great contractor. He did a great job, perfect in everything.
