This was replacement of a wall unit, not a window unit. They gave me a quote and showed up hours later. The job was more difficult than they expected but they were patiently doing what they promised. They explained to me the additional things that were needing and they were correct. They returned the next day to finish. They were neat professional and clean. I would recommend this company

We were very satisfied with the work that Vela AC & Heating Services did installing our ductless mini-split units. Their estimate came in a little lower than other estimates we received, and they were able to fit us into their schedule to install within just a couple of days of us placing the deposit. They answered all of our questions, worked neatly, quickly and did a great job cleaning up after themselves, not leaving behind a mess.
