I would give them 0 starts if I could. These guys made numerous mistakes on the installation and lied about it. Had to get a second opinion to figure out what was actually going on and figure out that the install was incorrect causing water damage to our home and alot of additional cost to repair which they refuse to help with. Avoid at all cost and get a reputable company.

Real cleaning excellent jobs

Very professional..my dryer works now..and drys my clothes after Quality Air Solutions cleaned my dryer vent.They did not stand me up or put me on hold while I was making a complaint (Sears did this..dont waste ur precious finger to ever dial for services at Sears).

Technicians arrived 15 minutes ahead of schedule, reviewed job first and gave me a good estimate of how long the job would take and what job involved. They were neat, clean, and quiet. They showed me the before and after results. The cost was true to the estimate. Their office was great to deal with. I highly recommend them.

I called them to "Clean the air duct." The technician who came, showed me that the ductwork is pretty clean, but my asthma came from the mold in the heating unit itself. He spent 3 hours cleaning it. My asthma disappeared!. I had had the ducts cleaned the previous year and paid extra to have the anti-mold sprayed. Obviously, a waste.

I was told that their shoes would be covered. Instead they removed their shoes and wore socks. I was concerned about them sustaining a foot injury while using equipment. The cost of the biocide was too expensive, $240!!!!! The association that oversees this industry stated that this cost should be included. It wasn't. More importantly, required information about health hazards and proper use was not provided too. We should have been told to leave the house to avoid breathing the biocide too. The only information sheet attached to the bill was about Angie's List! Don't they compete with HomeAdvisors? Paint was removed from the outer cover of a vent which must be repainted to match the woodwork, at our cost. The tech also said that the fan to the AC should be replaced after completing the job. The air handler which contains the fan is ONE month old. So, he didn't know what he was talking about and that was a red flag that I didn't see coming. Do your homework before hiring anyone. Go the the EPA about website for information about duct cleaning and the use of biocides. They provide monetary information too. I found the site afterwards while comparing costs for applying biocides. I think they cleaned the ducts, but a scope wasn't used to prove it.

This is the company you want to do this stuff. They spent so much time doing the best job. I was impressed. I think there are a lot of these companies out there but this company knows what they are doing and can be trusted. I've had other companies in the past and they offer a cheap price but then they either don't do a good job - just cleaning the surface - and/or try to sell you other stuff or say that you need treatments that are really expensive that you probably don't need. This company is licensed and do a great job. Tony was my technician and he did a fantastic job and explained everything to me.
