Air Ducts & Vents Cleaning Service

I purchased a group on for this company for air duct cleaning. When the technician showed up we verified TOGETHER that my air and heat were working. After he was done working, the Heat unit would not turn on. I called my HVAC company to come take a look and the technician agreed for me to only pay half until we figured out what happened with the unit. The owner then called me, told me he didn't care what the technician said (who by the way is his son) and he SCREAMED, CUSSED and THREATENED me over the phone telling me he was going to come to my house etc etc. I was home alone and scared, I had to call the police and family members to come over because I did not know what this guy was going to do when he showed up. After all this he agreed to give me 125$ off (the cost to fix the unit) and then took my credit card. Later that night I checked my credit card and he did not take the discount off. My family moved into our current house three years ago. The previous owners were super clean and tidy, so we never really thought about having the ducts and dryer vent cleaned. We thought they were probably as diligent about regular maintenance of all of the systems of the house. My husband's allergies have been worse since moving to this house, and improve when he isn't at home. Now we know why. After contacting Tom at QualityAir Solutions, he took the time to explain every detail of what they do. I was impressed with the step-by-step process, and the value of doing it thoroughly the first time. I like the idea of dealing with a small, owner involved business. They were professional from that first phone call, until they left my house. Every step of the process was explained to me, before they began, throughout the cleaning, and when they finished. I found out my ducts, furnace, and dryer vent were not cleaned before, and needed it badly. Now everything is sparkling like new, on the inside, where it's most important. Tom really knows his HVAC systems, and how to manage a successful business. Professionalism, quality workmanship, and mutual respect earned this business my five star review.

I keep a very clean house but you would be surprised what lurks out of sight. I do not think our ducts or other parts have ever been cleaned...these guys went above and beyond for us and were so courteous and informative the whole time to explain everything to me. I have been so sick off and on for 6 months (My whole family several times too) and we rarely get sick. I think this could have a lot to do with this!!!! They did an awesome job and we are so pleased! Please contact them today and they can come out for an estimate and show you just what lurks beneath. Oh....and my ducts and returns and all that have been treated so mold and stuff is now at bay and my house and the air we breathe is better!!!! Highly recommend them!!

As part of researching what was needed for the job, the lead tech worked with me to find the preferred way to route the vent by looking at alternative routes first and then came up with a better route. This was outstanding. They were on time, did excellent vent construction and kept everything clean. The working conditions were not good - it was very hot working in our attic - but they pushed ahead and did the work. It was great that right after they gave me the quote they were able to do the job and I didn't have to schedule another time for them to come back.

Quality Air was excellent! I needed a steel door installed. This was an emergency situation on May 26, 2017, just before the Memorial Day Holiday Weekend. They came the same day and installed the door. I am so grateful!

Excellent service! They provided quick and cost efficient repair of my attic fan when others indicated a full replacement. Other professionals indicated the fan motor was shot when QualityAir found an issue with the fan blade. We were able to save a lot of money! I highly recommend!
