My repair was quickly scheduled. Everyone that I dealt with was professional and helpful. Robin did a great job and explained everything well.

The tech was efficient, friendly, and professional. I was thrilled that he actually had the part needed. It was done quicker than expected. Scheduling was great too!!

We have been helped by Dustin and his team and Quality Appliance several times. He fixed our home dishwasher when the main control board failed, fixed a double oven at our church and yesterday fixed our home refrigerator /freezer. Each time the service has been outstanding, reasonably priced and done by knowledgeable professionals.Dustin himself did most of the work on the earlier calls. Yesterday Brett fixed our refrigerator/freezer. He did an outstanding job and worked tirelessly to make sure it was working perfectly by the tie he left at 9:30p. His work was exemplary and the care he took in doing it and explaining it to me is very much appreciated. I cant say enough nice things about this team's outstanding service. Thank you all!

Outstanding Service!! Had extended warranty on my LG refrigerator. First company came out to diagnose, didn t keep parts on hand and had to order compressor. Two weeks later never heard back and they aren t answering calls or emails. LG reassigned to Quality and Sonya called right away! Wow she gets a 10 for customer service! They were out next day. Dustin did the repair and it is cooling right now. Very professional young man. In today s times you don t get customer service like this!

We are staying at our daughter's house and her dryer went up this morning. I submitted an inquiry on HomeAdvisor and immediately received a phone call from a super nice girl to set up my appointment for the repair. They were able to do the repair the same day, actually within hours. Zach the repair person came and was so nice, polite, professional. He immediately diagnosed the problem and gave us a quote on the repair. He had the dryer repaired in no time. I highly recommend this business. Such nice people to deal with.

Life without a washing machine--whaaat? Reached out to Home Advisor, who hooked me up with Quality Appliance. Quality contacted me within an hour, thought to ask for washer model so they would have parts on service van, and had tech out next day. Very polite tech diagnosed problem, gave me an estimate, and replaced part in same visit. My washer works. I am very happy!

Dustin and Mike were very knowledgeable and friendly. We were able to go from a broken dishwasher to a brand new one in a matter of 2 days! They were very fair and transparent in pricing. Highly recommend!
