Quality Awnings and Screens

I made the mistake of hiring Richard at Quality Awnings & Screens. He was responsive and persuasive during the sales process but repeatedly promised features and installation details that proved impossible, including adjustable pitch arms, mounting height, and awning projection. He also sold a WiFi module without disclosing that installation and setup were the homeowner?s responsibility. Once installation began, communication deteriorated. Richard did not return to address concerns, installation was delayed multiple times, parts were forgotten, and technicians struggled to program their own equipment. We missed work waiting for no-shows and experienced poor coordination throughout the project. Most concerning, Richard wrote down our credit card information and attempted to charge it without our permission before we could inspect and approve the completed work. He has since threatened to cancel warranty coverage after the charge was disputed.

Job was done fast, clean. Tech’s were super nice.
