Our mission is simple. Deliver high-quality products, expert installation, and personalized service you can trust. As a locally owned business, we take pride in helping homeowners create comfortable, shaded outdoor spaces perfect for relaxing and entertaining year-round. "I have been in this business for 23 years. Most all customers are pleasant and a pleasure to work with. Not this one. He is the most angry man I have ever met. I visited his home twice before he placed his order. All the details were in writing. No surprises. He knew exactly what he was buying, yet he is complaining now about awning height, awning projection and adjustable pitch. Even after the install was complete, he paid me $2,500.00 of the balance which was $3,000. We held back on the rest because of a programing issue that my men couldn't figure out. The awning was working, but we could not program the wind sensor. 3 days later I had a factory rep at his home to resolve the issue. That's when I charged him the final balance of $500.00. He still owes me that because he disputed the charge. He wanted a reason for an argument from the beginning. When he couldn't find a good reason he started making them up. I am now in the process of suing him for the balance. This is a horrible human being. Don't judge me on this man's review. You aren't in business for 23 years because you give bad service and lie to customers. I offer a quality product installed by very experienced technicians and if they can't solve a problem I have an excellent relationship with my manufacturer who always steps in to assist. Logan is someone who is just angry with his life and looks to blame other people."
