Great people & awesome job: very professional!

What a horrible experience with this contractor! We hired him to repaint the interior of a rental home we own. First off, he only quoted labor and expected us to buy the paint. We finally got that worked out. When he finished, he pressured us to make the check payable to him personally, not his business. He then pressured us to pay him before we could inspect the work. Unfortunately for us, we did pay him before we could inspect, primarily because we had been impressed by his reviews on Angi. Big mistake. When we did look at the work, we found he has made several messes on the tile floor that was not cleaned up. He did not put blinds back up after he took them down to paint interior windows. He was to repair water damage in sheetrock around a skylight; he repaired one side of the skylight and completely ignored the other side. He was to replace a panel of sheetrock in the garage. He put up a raw sheet but then did not mud, sand, texture, or paint it. His work was completely unsatisfactory. We contacted him several times but he is ignoring us now. Bottom line is he got our money, did not finish the job, and wont come back. We have now had to spend more money to hire someone else to come in to clean up and finish the work he left undone. Avoid him at all costs! Oh and verify if his business is still active in Florida. We looked after the fact and it showed Inactive.

Mike and his wife are very friendly and did a great job painting about 750sf of ceiling in our house. The prep work they did was excellent, covering the floors in paper and everything else in plastic. While they had some paint on themselves, there was none on our floors or anything else! I would use them again.

Mike is such a hard worker and he really wants to please you. He will stay until you are happy with the project. He not only painted my entire kitchen, trim and cabinets, he also put in my new floor and back splash. He takes great pride in his work and he will stay as late as it takes to get job done and to stay on schedule. I would definitely hire him again and I recommend him to you. He is such a nice guy.

They did a wonderful job and far more than I anticipated. Price is great too!

Great professional job on the sheetrock taping, finishing, and painting on a large project, but they quote only the labor (at a good price). The materials are bought by the homeowner separately from a handwritten list which varies the price of the job when many times more materials are needed short notice to complete. Primarily, they are great workers at what they do, but they need a good administration person to help with paperwork, and a better business model to include buying materials and including them in the estimate.

The whole experience from start to finish has not been the best. First I had to help get the drywall because of transportation problems the contractor was having in order to have the job started on the start date we had agreed on. His clean up was half harzard. I had to gather buckets and bags of drywall to the street for pickup. There were area where he has to come back to fix which is holding this remolding from progressing. The amount on contract with material cost and labor was off and I have to pay him an additional $400. for labor because of bad estimates. I had knock down for the finish and it's not the best, I would say it's fair work
