David Alexander is knowledgeable and explains what and why something is recommended. After the project was completed, I called with a question and he came by and checked things out for me thoroughly. Gave me recommendations on what we can do, and as a result, I may be going back to Quality Building Products for another project. Workers used attic access and never worked inside our house. Clean workers! Insulating our entire attic took part of a morning. HIghly recommend.
