QBP made the process easy. They understood what we needed and walked us through all the options. They scheduled a time to setup the pergola in a relatively quick turnaround time and their team seemed very knowledgeable and professional. My family has now a beautiful pergola that we can enjoy all year around. I highly recommend them for any pergolas!

Quality Built Pergolas has excellent customer service. We signed the contract and shortly, to our satisfaction, the Pergola was up. The quality of the wood and polycarbonate top is wonderful. The gents that did the work were quite professional, tidy and quick. Mark Nickley came to our property, did the measure with accuracy and explained our choices. David answered all of my design questions and helped me design a gorgeous contemporary pergola. The pergola was ready ahead of schedule and Jessica was very accommodating with the coordination of the delivery and install. Levi and Dustin were so polite and informative. The craftmanship is in the details - it is definitely apparent this team is passionate about their work. After the build the worksite was just like they found it – CLEAN. I normally have to clean up after the trades leave, but not with QBP. My husband and I are in awe with our new cedar pergola and black hardware. My goodness people just read the other 1 Star Reviews (on Google) and don't become a VICTIM of this fraudster Don McSwain and his scam crew (Levi & Jessica.) I will be brief, signed a contract in December 2020 for a build in July and paid a deposit. They straight up ghosted me and I had to send a Panic linkedIN message to Don the owner to get a response. Literally the Friday before my Pavilion was to be built (after an 8 month contract) Don calls me and informs me he doesn't have the skillset, resources, nor the capabilities to build my Pavilion. He showed Zero empathy and offered to refund my money less his costs including a $108 payment processing fee on my deposit. Not even an apology for setting my project back an entire year â shame on me for putting my trust in this company. This company signs contracts, holds your money & then cancels on you. They even try to keep your money through B.S. Don't be Victim like me. I am filing a complaint with the better business bureau!

You can always tell a good company when they know how to handle an issue. Jessica, service coordinator and Levi, the installer, really took care of our job and cared about the outcome. Our Pergola is beautiful and they rose to the occasion, even with a minor hiccup along the way. I highly recommend Quality Built Pergolas! I am a retired general contractor and these people run their company like I ran mine. The communication and quality was excellent!!
