This project was a failure from the start because we did not receive enough information about who was purchasing the materials and which subcontractors would be doing installations. Had our company been hired to tackle the project from start to finish (using our own materials and subcontractors), this customer would have experienced service inline with that of all our other customers. As for the paint job, we would of happily honored our bid if the customer called and offered us the job.
