Jeremy was very professional. He totally cleaned up everything they were working with at the fireplace. After he left, a customer wouldn't have known that he had even been there, except the fact of having a totally clean and reusable fireplace flue... We will be using him about every 2 years, which I believe was his recommendation for cleaning.

I was a bit disappointed because I read so many reviews that they were always on time. They were an hour late and never bothered to call us. Other than that, they did a great job and left no mess behind.

The one guy came inside and immediately started talking about politics and his personal beliefs about child rearing as my son was getting fussy about needing a nap. I just don't believe in mixing personal life and business and it felt very unprofessional. I also asked them to address another problem on the roof as there was a flap that needed to be fixed and I didn't get a clear cut answer as to whether or not that was fixed. They cleaned the chimney well but I just wouldn't hire them again purely for the fact that I was uncomfortable the whole time he ranted on about his beliefs and opinions that are the complete opposite of my own.

Quality Chimney & Duct Cleaning Service arrived promptly, and were extremely focused and efficient. They did an amazing job on a 30 year old fireplace. We recommend them highly.

The work was done well. I did not like the fact that the lint balls pulled from my dryer vent were thrown directly into my trash bin. In my opinion the lent should have been placed in a bag first or taken to the worker's truck for disposal. The fact that the "owner" spoke to me, a total stranger, about social issues was not professional. I would recommend, he keep his personal opinions to himself when dealing with customers.

Home Advisor let me a voice mail on Sunday which said that since they had not been able to contact me, the service was cancelled. No one from Home Advisor tried to contact me prior to Sunday, so I don' think I will work with Home Advisor in the future. They provider contacted me directly to make sure that I wanted the service.
