Quality Cleaning Services

On time. Great job. Cleaned up. Professional

Kandace is amazing

They did return and correct most of the things left undone.

They are honest, do what they say they will do and returned promptly for a window missed. The final walkthrough was accommodated my schedule, and the project completed on time. Great job!

Very nice staff, was able to provide services quickly and am happy with the work. Would definitely recommend them!

Kandace and her crews are amazing. They are prompt, courteous, clean well and I highly recommend them!

Professional and friendly service.

The Team did a great job on my move out clean. The house sparkled.

They did an awesome job. Plus, came back to clean some smudges on the inside when the lighting was better.

They did a super job on the windows and cleaned up after themselves.

Let me preface the review by saying I'm an extremely picky person, so I religiously researched for a cleaning service that would meet my expectations. I chose Quality Cleaning Service after meeting with Abra and outlining a deep clean for my home. The deep clean was nearly perfect, according to my standards, and any shortfalls were properly addressed by Abra. Looking back there are three main variables: quality, cost, and customer service - Abra's company following through on all three fronts.

Hired to clean outside windows and clean blinds. They did a great job. They discovered the issue with the film on the glass, that alone was worth the cost of the job. Friendly crew.

Great friendly people hired three people one needed a lot of guidance I feel that slowed some of the work but very detailed and meticulous workers

Had to show works how to do proper cleaning. Overlooked bird nest in stove top hood!

They didn't start until mid day and it was supposed to be done while I was in a hotel recovering from surgery and they worked until 11 or 12 at night and they kept me waiting all day. They took everything out of my room and stuffed and threw things into the other room, and I cant find anything, I'm disabled and just had surgery and I am disappointed with there work. The clean up work is terrible, everything is in bags, I cant find anything, they threw away my child's medication. There very unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Things are missing and have been trashed with out permission I am uncomfortable with them and hurt and disappointed at the time and money I've wasted. Some of the employees were kids that are school age and were working late, things were everywhere, my neighbors were complaining, and I'm not happy.

Very professional and quick to respond will use again

Very professional, very through, did what they said they would do. I have hired them to come on a regular basis now. Very pleased.

They did a fantastic deep cleaning job, especially on the window cleaning. We have hired them to routinely clean our home. We found Abra to be very professional.

They deep cleaned our entire house & did a fantastic job. They did go over significantly from their estimate, however Abra was easy to work with & we agreed upon a price that I felt was very fair. Recommended them to a co worker who was equally as impressed with their work. Would definitely use them again.

Friendly. Took too many smoke breaks. Did not clean in areas as promised. Charges were higher than expected. Left cigarette buts in my yard.

I had the house cleaned for a sick relative. She raved about the work done. Gave it a 5.

Four ladies came in started to work abd did not slow down till findhed

They were great organizers for my kitchen. They placed all my dishes back into new cabinets. I'm having them back to deep clean. The owner, Abram, was very professional.

They are really amazing and the owner is very professional. I want to add that now they come to the house once a month and it really helps to have them do the things I am unable to do. Emily is great and so are all the other workers. Abra is a very considerate and professional owner/supervisor.
