They did a decent job of replacing out AC and entire furnace at a decent price. The problem was the service and lack of professionalism. Never got a written quote, but they did stick with the verbal, with a couple of extras. It took 2 weeks to get the parts, when we were told that they would have not a problem getting them. Installation took 3 days, with an "off day" in between when they knew that we had out of town family coming in. Written invoice took over a month to get, then hand written with few details. All got done, and it works fine, but there were a lot of headaches getting there.
