Good job all around. When I explained what I wanted they came up with an alternate solution that saved me time and money plus avoiding more inconvenience. They quoted a price, arrived within minutes and finished the job in an hour, something I thought would take 2 trips and more time. Very courteous and professional.

5 stars for quick response, same day service, coming to our home when it was convenient for us, not playing phone-tag, being able to handle everything over e-mail. Within 10 hours of my email request we had Jim working on our A/C. Our a/c was frozen, not cooling and outside compressor was making high pitch whistling noise. Jim, a very polite and neat gentlemen, checked our system and refilled freon (it was low on coolant <which he forgot to mention to me, however he did write it down on the receipt>). I guess, for now, we are ok, since he just filled the system up with coolant. However, I do not believe that the problem is fixed, since as a saying says �there is no smoke without a fire� � A/C does not lose coolant if it does not have a leak somewhere. I expect to have to call these guys back in the future. A/C works fine, for now, but still whistling outside. However, Jim said that our system is ok and did not suggest any additional work at this time (I was somewhat surprised) Price- wise � the bill was on a high end. I�d recommend Quality Comfort Air Conditioning and Heating, Inc. to you just because they are easy to work with and seem to know what they are doing, especially, Jim.

The technician was prompt, curtious and did a thorough exam. As far as I know, he tested everything. He spent a long time for just a regular check-up. He was very professional in his bearing.

i would like to NEVER have an a/c problem in the future...but if i did, i wouldn&apos;t want anyone else to work on my a/c unit but quality comfort air conditioning and heating. GREAT JOB and professional service. someone that knows what they are doing...thanks!!!

There were several in our area that used them for over 2 years. Everything was done in an excellent way. They are very honest people. They gave a great cost for the work.
