Ira did the remodeling of our bathroom and kitchen. We were very satisfied working with him and hs team, and we're very happy with the results of his work.

Ira was a pleasure to work with. Extremely professional, always accessible and handled all of our concerns promptly. The project involved cutting a hole in a floor to add a staircase, build a bedroom in the basement, and move and replace walls on the first floor. The end result is beautiful and functional and has been complimented by everyone who has come to the house to see it. The only issue we had was with some of the finish carpentry - mismatched moldings, missing finish pieces and nails/screws popping through the stairs. Overall, however, it was a successful project and I would definitely recommend Ira and Quality Construction.

Expected more precise tiling, better expense reporting, faster completion. While the foreman strived for customer satisfaction his crew lacked qualification to do proper tiling. They also created a lot of dirt on the tiles and glass doors that could not be cleaned up and damaged some new items as well. Perhaps with proper supervision they would have done a better job.

We had a very large reconstruction and re-model of an older house. Quality Construction was the GC on the project. The project went very smoothly for the scale. Communication with Ira of Quality Construction could not have been more transparent; updates were always forthcoming and they were always reachable if we had any issues, ideas, concerns, problems, or changes. The project came in on budget and a month ahead of schedule. We would definitely recommend Quality Construction Services.

The work was done on time as per the contract. Ira explained details prior to work to be done. His sub-contractors were also very good and clean.

Quality Construction Services was the perfect choice for my project. This was a full renovation of a condominium including new kitchen and bath. The owner, Mr. Erlichman, stayed personally involved right up to completion of the project. Everything that was promised was delivered on schedule and on budget. A very pleasant experience all around.

It was frustrating. While the price was on the lower end of those I had received, I realized later it was because the materials chosen were very low end. I ended up paying for most fixtures myself simply because I wanted my finished product to last and be of quality. Some workers were very rude. I had asked for clarification on some work being done, and it was responded to as though I had no right to ask questions. I had good reason to question each step because key errors were made: No access panel installed to main cleanout, Leaky pipes, Did not caulk the baseboard, Screws went through wall into other finished side Not recommended.

We were very happy with the results of our project. Ira and his workers were open to suggestions and made recommedations which were incorporated into the remodel of our bathroom.

Mr. Ira Erlichman of Quality Construction Services in Fort Lee, NJ, who worked on completely redoing our bathroom. He was phenomenal. Of course, the pricing was excellent, but we were amazed at the quality of service and attention to detail in every step of the process. This goes for him and his employees. It took less than one month from the initial no-fee consultation to the completion of the project. Since we live in a high-rise with strict security policies, we didn't know if they would be done on time, but it was not a problem at all. Perfect timing so that my wife and I can enjoy the holidays.

The quality of the work was excellent, there was minimal disruptions in the bathroom. The price was very good. They actually came in under budget. He answered the phone every time I called.
