"We have not responded to every call but we have responded often via text . We have already explained about the issue of the tractor being fixed before we can start. It's not a usual thing that the tractor gets messed up twice. Now are unclear on what she wants at all, she wants it done and then doesn't . As it We have already offered a partial refund but it would take quite a while as we already have her money invested. We fully intend on completing this work . We never do not complete unless it's a non paying customer . She is difficult to understand and makes her own rules, like don't call her before 5, and work during business hours."

NEVER in my life have I EVER had subpar work or customer service! The initial job was to build an extension for my carport which I paid them upfront for they weren't able to make their payroll if I didn't. I created other jobs in the process for them to do for they were going to have to lay off crew members, which I paid them in advance for that as well. The 3 days job took 2.5 weeks to do because they kept trying to piece together scraps of wood to build the wall. It took them 3 times to rebuild a wall that I could have just done myself. They rewired an outlet that kept blowing fuses and they told me that I was the cause for the problem. After 3 days of the fuses being blown, I called an electrician out which they notified me that the company wired the outlet wrong. They had to move the water heater for something and it then started to leak so I had to hire a plumber to come out to fix that with them there. They then wanted an advance for things that have not been done yet because they couldn't make payroll for the employees at that point. I advised them that once they do the work I will pay them. After a few days of multiple calls and texts of them saying derogatory names and threats, I had to finally call the police for them to get their trailer and leave my property. Chris was the owner and Noah the superintendent. There is a reason why they are not accredited with the BBB. I will provide the names. numbers, and texts from the other contractors that were working during the same time. They were as taken back as I was by the subpar customer service, unprofessionalism, and work that needs to be redone.

Sliding Door - Install
They were very customer service friendly at first... Then after install (which they were very late), the install was not up to par. I called them to tell them know that the storm doors were not installed correctly... They said they were busy. Have not heard back from them since. Will not use them again.

"The storm door was installed correctly. It's the screen door that happens to be of poor quality (her complaint) . She was actually informed screen doors were overall cheap quality before we agreed to do it. We were going to start the job on a Friday and instead we started on a Saturday and finished the same day. We offered her $75 back on a $150 screen door . That was not good enough for her. She also doesn't realize contractors have other customers so they usually can't drop what they are doing and jump on it. She expects instant/perfect service which is impossible. This kind of customer can never be pleased it's unfortunate."

Handyman for Multiple Small Projects
I hired this particular company because they were local. I hired them for a back splash, they ended up ordering the wrong kind/color. He showed up and began the project and had taken over a week to finish the project. Now he wants to charge an extra $75 dollars before he continues the job. He is a liar and he would not speak to us directly, he had his wife speak to us about the project.

"Customer kept changing their minds thats mainly why it took 2x longer. (They added more tile etc) Even though its completed other than grouting they refused any kind of partial payment because they changed their minds and we wasted grout bc it was the wrong color, when it was the right color agreed upon before the mother in law stopped us from putting it on last second. This customer didn't even pay the 1/2 upfront required in the deposit, it's VERY unfortunate when you get customers like this. They even said, well it's mostly done we will hire someone else to finish the grout, so we were 95% complete and they stiffed us."
