Ted is a good guy!

I had QCM convert a garage into an office space. From the first day, when they showed up on time, through the last, Ted and his team did a fantastic job. Everything was explained in detail and the project stayed in budget and the expected time frame. I would not hesitate to recommend QCM.

QCM did an excellent job at replacing my front doors. They were very cost competitive, professional and did an EXCELLENT job. I would highly recommend them.

This company was very customer services oriented. Their goal was to satisfy the customer. Some minor problems occurs during the project but was taken care of immediately. I would highly recommend this company to others.

Although the replacement of our kitchen cabinets isn't finished, I am very satisfied with all aspects of the project thus far. Mr. Boyd, as well as his builders, are courteous, polite, knowledgeable and very professional. They show up on time and do what they say they are going to do. They also worked around my schedule. QC&M is a very professional company and it has been a pleasure doing business with them. I would recommend QC&M to anyone!!!!!!!!

Job was a very extensive renovation and is approx 95% complete as of today with final details and adjustments to be wrapped up in another couple of days. Ted had a few issues with scheduling his guys to do the work .... was apparently stretched a little thin in manpower. However, overall coordination went very well between his guys and the subcontractors (cabinet maker, cement crew, flooring and electrician) ... no easy task. Quality is excellent and he met our expectations fully. I was concerned proceeding with the project and not having any detailed contract/plan/schedule to follow - Ted kept saying "it'll all work out" and it did!

The experience with quality Construction and Maintenace was very pleasant. It was very easy communicating with the company.

So far, so good. Very friendly, reasonable and will hopefully do well on my remaining projects.

TED BOYD AND HIS DRY WALL CREW,MARIO AND MARIO DID AN EXCELLENT JOB ON OUR PROJECT !! THE DRY WALL LOOKS GREAT,AND THEY WERE PLEASANT AND COURTEOUS DURING THE PROJECT. THEY ARE HARD WORKERS. THEY LEFT EVERYTHING NEAT AND CLEAN WHEN THEY WERE FINISHED. WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH QUALITY CONSTRUCTION & MAINTENANCE AND WE WILL BE CALLING IN THE FUTURE WHEN WE ARE READY FOR OUR NEXT PROJECT. we had the work done by a donor, so we really can't complain too much about the project. It was done, and done right that's what counts in this situation.

Mr. Boyd did not give any consideration to any of the damage causesd to my property. He did not excerise due diligence in trying to resolve the outstanding matters.

He installed doors and crown molding. The job was done in a timely manner.

No complaints about anything. Showed up when they said they would, did the jobs with no problems, cleaned up after themselves,and the quality of their work was outstanding. Will use them again if I need help.

I was very happy with the work Ted Boyd's company did. Ted was able to schedule someone to purchase and install shelving in my garage very quickly. When the truck broke down on the way to my house, he had someone else pick up the materials and get to my house only about an hour late. The worker was friendly. Her worked quickly with no breaks. I was extremely happy and would use Ted's comapny again for anything I need around the house.
