Handyman Service
Hired Phil to perform several small jobs on the home including Porch Roof repair/ painting, and siding replacement. He did not show up when he said he would, he did not complete all the work he was contracted to perform, the painting performed was average at best, and when asked to come back to re-do work that had failed after a short period, I was ghosted without him showing up after he said he would on 2 successive days. I ended up doing the work myself even though I paid him. I would not hire this individual again for any work on my home regardless of what it is.

Phil was professional, neat and cleaned up very well after the project. He did a great job with my roof and also some painting that I needed completed. His rates were very reasonable for the work he did for me. The project was done in a timely manner .weather permitting. I have already recommended him to my neighbor who also needs work done. I will hire him again.

Phil worked hard at my house cleaning off certain areas of snow and from my roof and getting rid some of the ice dams. He also treated the remaining ice dams with calcium cloride. He charged a very reasonable amount for a full day of work. I spoke with him on Friday afternoon and he showed up the next morning as promised. Phil is a great guy and he showed me photos of many other projects he has done in the past. I am sure I will call Phil again for whatever may come up in the future!

Had the roof cleared of snow. People did decent job, but I believe everyone in the industry is gauging customers because of need. They did an ok job. It needed to be done and now is done. Good bye to $320!
