Terrible company. I had a dual thermostat in an addtion to the house. It did not have it's own HVAC zone. They told me (in writing) the only thing the thermostate did was to turn on the fan when the house system was running. This was insufficient so I asked them to install something which would allow the fan to run and circulate the air until the set point of the thermostate was meet. They did this and it worked for the cooling. However, at one point, during the summer, the thermostate was set for auto which allowed both the A/C and heat system to turn on the fan as called for. No problem if that's all it did. However, what happened was when swithing to heat mode it didn't just turn on the fan as the said, but also tunned on the heat itself. This had the two systems fighing each other and resulted in electic bills for thousands of dollars. They even tried to diagnoise the problem and couldn't figure it out. When another company did Quality Air refused resposiblity and would not cover any of the high costs they caused. TALK ABOUT UNETHICAL!
