Scope of Work Surface Preparation: Filling nail holes, minor drywall repair (scuffs/dents), and caulking where necessary. Protection: Masking of floors, fixtures, and appliances. Use of drop plastic in all work areas. Application: * Walls: Two coats of professional-grade eggshell or satin finish (color to match complex standards). Ceilings: Flat white (where applicable). Trim/Doors: Semi-gloss white for durability and ease of cleaning. Clean-up: Full removal of all tape, debris, and equipment.
