Sliding Door or Tracks Repair
Worse experience of my life, I do not want to work with this company ever again. Very poor communication and time management. I hired this man to install a new sliding door but I feel he did not install the right type of door. The door lock also does not work well. The screen door does not lock at all. We also had a window screen for the bedroom that he took and still has not returned. He also did not finished painting the moldings and the walls inside the house. He left that at the middle. He also said that he would dispose of the old door if my local disposal company did not take it but I did not believe that he would take it away after our last contact and how we argued so I had to pay a private disposal company additionally, when I told him of this he was very rude saying I was demeaning him again and insulting him.

Issac was present for most of the time that work was being done. He made sure that everything was done CORRECTLY. I also had some additional work, (wall repair and installation of a new stairway handrail, wall painting) that was done. It all turned out great!

We recently had a leak in our kitchen that damaged the overhead soffit. We were referred to Quality Craftmanship Services by our plumber, and Isaac, the owner, promptly came out and evaluated the necessary repairs to the drywall. An estimate was quickly submitted, and the repairs were started shortly thereafter. We were impressed with the amount of time Isaac spent explaining the process to us so there would be no surprises. The preparation was meticulous as Isaac explained that â dust is my enemyâ . He took the necessary time to carefully prepare the soffit for the final finish. He checked for mold and mildew and was extremely thorough in every step of the process. As we had a unique texture, Isaac took great pains to carefully match the existing drywall. Needless to say, the final result was fantastic. As careful as he was preparing the kitchen and walling everything off to keep the remainder of our kitchen clean, Isaac cleaned up when he completed his work in the same professional superlative manner. He took great pains to leave the kitchen as spotless as he found it. We appreciated his high standards and quality of his work and recommend that Isaac change the name of his company to â Outstanding Craftmanship Servicesâ . We will be calling him for several future projects in our home.

This project entailed demo of ugly 50 year old plywood fascia on the front of our house. Isaac installed James Hardee composite planks and window trim in its place. Isaac explained in detail to me each of the steps that he would be undertaking to ensure a professional quality job including reinforcement with new 2 x 4 studs, OSB plywood sheering, Moisture barrier papers, and flashings. He takes great pride in his workmanship and made sure that the new wall will remain waterproof. Most importantly, however, is the new look of our home. It looks great and my wife loves it. Thank you Isaac for a Quality job.

Issac and his team did a fantastic job. The work has been completed for about a month now and the rear french double door he installed is as good as it gets. Tight, great seal, level and functional. He went out of his way to paint it well and also do some exterior painting. Clean up was outstanding and the prep to keep dust out of our kitchen was almost more than needed. No complaints, just praise - Use Quality Craftsmanship Services without hesitation! Great quality - reasonably priced. Buy quality, not cheap!

Isaac and his team did a great job in repairing and water proofing the outside wall of the house especially the chimney area. They used a very sturdy wood for the chimney thats anti-termite and water leak proof. Isaac walked us through what needs to be done and updated us on pictures of the ongoing project. His wife was prompt in giving us the response and the quotes we needed. They also provided very competetive price. Isaac and his wife are very professional and courteous, and will use them again for future projects.
