I?m in the process of selling my home, and the fiberglass shower floor had a small crack and the area felt spongy. I decided to replace the shower.
I got three quotes from larger companies, all of which advertised significant discounts for seniors. I showed each salesperson the Flex Tape and the damaged area just outside the shower, and all three assured me the work would address the damage. I chose Quality Craftsmen. After removing the old shower, the installers showed me the floor underneath and said there was no water damage and it didn?t need to be replaced, though they could replace it if I wanted. The floor was about 30 years old, visibly discolored, and clearly damaged. I had pointed out the problem before the the work began, so I asked them to replace it, assuming the job would be done properly.
When they showed me the finished work, they had laid a ¾-inch piece of flooring over the discolored area and left the rotted floor underneath untouched.

My husband and I were deeply impressed with the high level of expertise, the perfectly coordinated execution of repairs needed to replace a collapsed kitchen ceiling, and an extremely quick response. The estimate was fairly priced for the level of quality of service that was promised. The work was finished well ahead of schedule. The crews arrived before their scheduled times and delivered flawless work. Quality Craftsmen will be our contractor of choice for all future renovations as well. We could not be more satisfied.

I gave this business five thousand dollars three months ago with a cabinet refacing supposed to occur now. I cannot get anyone on the phone and when my call goes to voicemail no one calls back. Please do not do business with them. I am a senior citizen and disabled and need to sell my house and move closer to a caretaker. This company needs to giv me back my deposit since they do not honor their word so I might start over with a reliable contractor.

Quality made our master bathroom shower install so easy! They did such a great job we had them remove our hallway bathroom tub and install a shower in that bathroom too! Both teams that came out to perform the work were professional, clean and courteous. Out with the old and in with the new in just one day! I had to wait two days to use my new shower, but it was well worth the wait. I hope to provide an update in about a year, but I've been using my new shower for almost two weeks now and am ready to give an initial review. From the salesman that was very informative and the owner that worked with him to make the project affordable for me, to the office workers that helped get just the right products and timeliness arranged for handling my job, to the craftsmen who removed my old shower without leaving a trace then installed my new shower, all were so professional and performed with so much high quality craftsmanship. I love the new shower they installed for me. The materials are easy to clean and always look great. So far, I highly recommend Quality Craftsmen in Marietta GA in this forum and to anyone who would ask me.
