I was delighted when I hired Quality Craftsman LLC to help me install a shower in my bathroom. I have had a Jacuzzi since my husband, and I bought this house 37 years ago. Three men came and worked on tearing out my jacuzzi and building a shower. Quality Craftsman was the only company that would build a shower the size of my jacuzzi. Other companies wanted to build a smaller shower. I would have had to replace my entire floor tile if a smaller shower had been built. What a relief it was that I found a company that met my expectations. My jacuzzi had worked great all these years, but suddenly, one of the jets developed a leak. I could not find anyone to find the leak, so I had no alternative but to change the jacuzzi into a shower. Then I found Quality Craftsman. You would think this would be a noisy job, but this was the quietest job I have ever seen done by these three workers who put in the shower. Before they started, a sales representative came to my house and helped me pick out the design of the shower tile. I could have chosen white, which would have allowed this job to be completed quicker, but I chose a fancier style they had to order. Now that it is in, I am glad I picked out what I liked. The wait was worth it. They worked quietly and built a shower I was so pleased with. Plus, all of the workers were so polite and respectful. I canâ t go without mentioning how great the Administrative staff were. Their goal is toa is to see that the customer is happy and I was. The shower built had a seat, grab bars, two shower heads, a caddy, and glass shower doors. The floor was made up of a material that doesnâ t allow one to slip. I wish my husband were still alive. He would have just loved this shower. If you want a nice shower, I suggest this company. They have all different styles of material to pick from. If you want something you like, go with Quality Craftsman LLC.

Great products but the contractor hired was not great. A 2 week process has lasted 2 months because of the contractor not the product.

they did a very good job and because of covid there was delays with receiving the materials but they still made a excellent job.

The salesman did a great job in providing information and cost to the project. The work was completed quickly and efficiently. We were very happy with the work and we could highly recommend Quality Craftsman !

Prompt during the three day installation of a new shower. we’re very diligent in cleaning up after their work. Explained everything they would complete very clearly. This is a contractor so they are a little higher in price but they guarantee there work.

Bathroom looks amazing. Very easy to keep clean. Mateo installer was great.

Michael came prepared to show the actual products that would be used for the new roof. He Was knowledgeable and very respectful. Greg oversaw the actual roofing. He did a great job also. The company and staff went beyond my expectations. Aside from quality cabinets I found the sales rep very knowledgeable, honest and patient. The men who measured and installed the cabinets were industrious, diligent, professional and peasant to have in our home. they followed through on any questions, promises made and went out of their way to make our kitchen beautiful. I would and will use them in a heartbeat when I decide to do my bathrooms. I highly recommend Quality Craftsman. Their work stands up to their name of Quality Craftsman.
