We needed our 1979 bathroom redone to an ADA bathroom for old age and my husband's illness. We are very pleased with the job that Quality Craftsman did. They did what they said they would do in the time frame we were given. Sales rep spent alot of time on day one and after, answering questions and providing input. Polite crew that showed up every day on time. They did quality work and protected the house (carpet/ furniture) from getting dirty. There was one issue with the shower controller not being the type I described to the salesman. One that stays set to a temp. When I saw the one on contract it sounded like that type (posi temp) but it was supposed to be a Exact temp. I didn't realize that. So just make sure to look up every item in the contract to ensure that it's what you asked for. Overall a great experience and we love our new bathroom.

I contracted Zett and "Quality" Craftsmen to do my roof. Wow, that was the worst contracting experience I've ever had. If the only issue was how the trash was thrown everywhere, and the quantity of old nails left on my lawn - I wouldn't be as disappointed with the job. However, Zett admitted to not having fully inspected my roof before installing shingles. As a result, his crew shingled over multiple pieces of plywood that were rotted and molding. Zett refused to rectify the situation, which left me with a bigger bill to have to remove the shingles, replace the decking, and reapply the shingles. If that weren't enough, he was completely condescending and dismissive of the negligent job he and his team did. To compound matters, he placed my family and I in harms way with the mold that was left in the attic as a result of not appropriately inspecting my roof before installation. Great quality and a great product!

I contacted them for a remodeling of an old bathroom in my house. After they gave me an acceptable quote, I told them I needed time for removing wallpaper and replacing it. This took me much longer than expected, but they very understanding and patient. They did the project steps at different times without any complaints. The total experience for me can be summed by unequivocally stating that Quality Craftsmen is the best company I ever dealt in my life and I am 82! Roberto P.

My review of Quality Craftsmen In September 2021 my elderly parents decided that they needed a walk-in tub. They contacted Quality Craftsmen because they were Trust Dale Certified. The company sent a salesman to meet with them and after discussion, agreed they liked the walk-in tub concept. The salesman did not explain what an e-signature was nor did my elderly parents (mom is 73, dad is 78) know what it entails. They ended up signing a contract without even realizing it. They were told the tub would be installed within the next 2 weeks. In late December, my parents informed me that they were going to pay $20,900 for the tub. I spoke to a buddy who is a master plumber and owns his own company. He said he could do this same job for $8,000. I told them to cancel their deal that they got from Quality Craftsmen. (I was told up to this point that they had not signed a contract.) My parents asked for my help with this matter so thats when I spoke to the salesman, Kevin Smith (I think), he referred me to the general manager, Jim Elderidge. After explaining the situation to Mr.Eldridge, he told me they could cancel the contract but it would cost $10,500 for the cancellation of the contract. My mother and I talked and exchanged texts with Mr. Eldridge for 2 days. He finally agreed to settle for $4,250 stating this amount was to pay for supplies even though the tub was never installed nor ready to be installed 4 months after it was ordered. One day after Mr. Eldridge agreed to settle for the $4,250, he sent me a text threatening that if we didnt pay the next day that he was going to send it to his lawyer. My parents decided to pay it. This is a warning to all potential customers. Do your research, Google reviews, yelp reviews, BBB reviews. This company has a very shady review history doing the same thing to many others that they did to my parents. I believe this is a sham company that preys on the elderly and is unethical in the practice of not explaining

I moved into a new home recently and had some money left over after closing. We decided to replace the fiberglass shower tub combo with a walk-in shower. The salesman came out and he was pleasant enough, but I should have gone with another company. The salesman quoted me $7000 to replace the tub with an acrylic shower, I said there is no way I am paying that much, and said that I was looking around 4K for the shower installation with a glass pivot door. He texted his boss and said they could only do it for $5500, and I assumed that was shower installation with a door. Nope, just the shower. I did not hear back from anyone for over a month, and then I called the sales agent who instructed me to call the builder. Not once did anyone contact me about the scope of the job, start date, completion. Nothing. The contract was signed on 9/2/2020, but the job was not started until the 8th of October. So I called the builder, and he said that he would see if one of his guys could come out on a Thursday. I got no confirmation that the guy was coming out, but got a call saying they were an hour out. I was at work because no one called to confirm that they were coming out. I told the guy to have the builder call me to reschedule a date and never got a call. I called up quality craftsmen and left a message on their answering machine, saying to cancel the contract and give me my money back. I guess that got their attention because the builder called me back five minutes later, saying that they would not return my money because I am after my provision date. We confirmed the date to get this installed and was told it was only going to take a day. I took the day off from work, thinking it was only going to take a day. Nope. Took two days to install. So here what $5500 gets you from quality craftsmen.... no communication from anyone from their company. An acrylic shower installation with a cheap, plastic shower pan and a really cheap plastic four-shelf caddy, and Absolutely no door. Contacted quality craftsmen to inquire if they were coming back to install a pivot door, and was told that no shower door was on the scope of the work. So I was lied to from the start. Please do not be innocent by the PowerPoint presentation because if you are not spending over 10k, you are not worth their time. I can recommend another company, but unfortunately, they do not come up to north Georgia, which is why I turned to this company.

Could not be happier with the quality of our step in shower, I might add it is the size of the tub that was removed. The salesman Jim E., Tim who was in charge of ordering supplies and scheduling installer, and the installer Alex they were all very understanding as to our age and the need to wear masks and have the aim and take temperature before entering the house. We could not give them enough thanks for postponing installation with this Covid 19 Virus. Our shower is "beautiful". Again thank to our team of professionals.

Good customer service, good communication and quality work!

They were really quick to estimate and take the job but real slow in getting the job done. I still have not gotten the safety handrail that was included in the price. Maybe if I was having the entire bathroom redone it would have been a better experience. It seemed that they were doing me a favor just installing a tub. I still owe a balance of $284.00 I told them I would gladly pay when the handrail is installed. Once again, the polite phone call back saying *we will take care of it.*

The entire experience was exceptional and a real pleasure. The end result was an amazing transformation that made our family and friends' jaws drop when they saw the finished product. Our new master suite is a perfect sanctuary from the various stresses of the day and makes my wife and I feel like we are at a weekend retreat or spa every night. We couldn't be happier with the results and we enjoyed the entire process! My wife and I were able to discuss and brainstorm concepts and ideas for our master suite remodel with Zett. He listened to our ideas and helped develop a plan that maximized our results without blowing our budget. And then one the plan was donee, Zett and his team executed it to perfection - even managing a few on-the-fly adjustments without missing a beat.

The job was performed to spec, workers were polite and efficient. Care was taken to protect carpeted areas and a good job of cleanup was done. I have no complaints and would recommend Quality Craftsmen to others.

Tim Willingham, at Quality Craftsmen, is honest, trustworthy, and most importantly cares deeply about his customers. First,we hired them to install a new shower and they did a beautiful job. Because of Tim and his willingness to make certain that we were completely satisfied with their work we decided to hire them for all of our major home repairs. He is a man of deeds not empty promises. I will never use anyone else to do any renovations to my home. If you are looking for someone to repair or to do a total renovation to your home you can be confident in their ability to deliver top rated workmanship. If you are reading this review, you have already found without a doubt the best company for any home project you may have. You will continue to hire them for many years to come. They stand behind everything they do and piece of mind means everything.

I had the tub/shower combination removed & replaced with a new acrylic shower, new plumbing fixtures and glass doors. The work performed was suburb! My new shower is beautiful and I love it!

We had our shower completely redone by this company. The actual shower is nice and we can not complain about the work done. However, the customer experience was very much a bait and switch. The salesman was very nice, which was to be expected. The project manager we had made no effort to keep us informed on the timeline and installation status. The crew and workers who came to physically do the installation were great but I felt like for the price we paid, it would have been nice to have better communication from the project manager. Also, when we signed paperwork with the salesman on the job, we were promised the shower would only take 4 weeks (entire job to be finished within two days) at the most to be finished. However, it actually took 8 weeks from signed papers to completion and two different installation dates because they did not have the door ready. After this experience, if we could have hired out the contractors only that would have been ideal. The company left much to be desired in both communication and meeting promised deadlines.
