We needed a new dehumidifier under our home. They were so helpful, we had not dealt with a under home dehumidifier before. They were so . informative, didn't leave anything out...we were so relieved to find someone. Javier was so great in so many ways, really helped us to feel secure about our purchase, which was great as well as the good price, answered all questions we ask very efficiently. We had contacted a few other companies and all things seemed to be in place with this one and proved to be just that. The work was done in a very timely manner. Will not hesitate to recommend him as well as call him again if needed.

They were professional and honest and nice. They looked carefully at the foundation and inspected the basement and crawl space and checked the floors and walls. He said we didn’t need any repairs, and he was honest enough to tell me that. He was also fully vaccinated and wore a mask. I will call him first if my foundation has any problems in the future, but he said everything looks fine right now.

They repaired a foundation issue we were having under our chimney. It is difficult to know if they did a good job or not, being that they propped it up with stilts down to the bedrock. Javier was great, only exception is that he told me the first or second week of March and when they didnâ t show, I called him to find out that it would actually be the next week. Having changed my work agenda to accommodate for the first or second week, it would have been nice to know when it didnâ t work out that way. When they got to me on the third week of March, I was actually traveling for workl

Javier is the man. Punctual, on time, and most importantly he is a man of his word. To be clear, I have not hired Javier previously and this was my first interaction with him. He came out to my house and did a fast inspection of the work that needed to be done. He was at work within a few weeks and his guys worked until late to get it done. And they did a thorough job. Iâ d highly recommend Javier and his company!

I hired Javier and his crew to fix a wall in my finished lower level walkout. It kept getting moisture and the paint would bubble up. I had several companies out who couldn t tell me what was going on. Javier and the crew were knowledgeable, professional, on time and courteous. They worked really hard to fix the problem and made sure I was happy with the work. I highly recommend them for any water or foundation problems!
