Quality Cut Lawn Service, LLC

I contacted Quality Cuts based on the Nextdoor recommendation and Google reviews. Sadly, quality was not part of the service. The first cut wasn?t done, either because they went to the wring address or they incorrectly believed the lawn was already cut. They came the following week and did a haphazard job, missing many spots and did no edging. Last week was their second visit. Again, haphazard cut job and not one single thing edged. I sent the owner, Chris, a text with some pictures and received no response. after a few more days of trying to reach him, he responded that he would show the crew the photos and tell them to do better. when asked if they would be coming back early to fix the issues, I received no response. At that point, I canceled my service with Quality.

Sloppy, never know when they are coming, lawn didn't even look mowed when they left. Gave them multiple chances. They had the nerve to raise prices!

They just do an average job and they don't call you back right away.

They sprayed the weeds which made me happy.

The staff is quick, courteous and professional. I am Very happy and will continue to do business with them.

The men seemed very knowledgeable about the lawn care business and freely answered any questions I might have. Excellent value for your money. Always left my property nicely groomed.

You would do better to buy two goats and have them eat your lawn! Workers do not speak English and their workmanship is POOR to say the least. They have dumped grass clippings (not from my yard) into my yard and refuse to clean up and continue to do so. They have scraped my new wooden fence by driving their mower too close. They cut my lawn so low that it was reduced to nothing but weeds, HORRIBLE...

Great customer service and work all for a great price. This is my first home and I had a lot of issues with my yard and they came up with multiple plans for me to choose to choose from in order to make my lawn better, while thinking about cost to me as well. Great experience and I think I will be keeping them for a long time to come.

This is our third year with Quality Cut as our lawn service provider. The owner Chris is very responsive and professional, and his team are very reliable and do a quality job - all at a reasonable rate. We use them for our weekly lawn care, spring cleaning, tree removal, and new plant/shrub plantings. I highly recommend them.

He has provided great service for me for a number of years!
