My leaf removal / Fall cleanup service was performed on April 1st. I also asked for mowing service and was told it would be done 3 days later. First of all, I had very few leaves in my front lawn and in my back yard, I had raked all the leaves into piles near the fence. So, the job mostly involved picking up the piles of leaves, loading them onto their truck, & hauling them away. During the leaf removal service only one worker was working for at least the first hour. I had to run an errand for about an hour and a half after that. When I came back, no one was working and only a small portion had been done since I left. Two workers showed up an hour later. I was billed for 5 hours, which included the time no one was working for that hour. When I brought this up to the owner he said they left time to haul the leaves away and that I owe for that time, which seems unreasonable and was never communicated to me beforehand. For a job that was quoted as 2-4 hours & shouldn't have taken more than 2-3 hours, I was billed for 5 and when I brought this up to Derek, the owner, he refused to adjust the bill. He also never completed my mowing service and never even communicated with me after the initial service that he wouldn't be able to mow my lawn until 3 1/2 weeks later. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
