I contacted several technicians to come take a look at our broken refrigerator, they didn't show up. I found this guy on Yelp at 5pm, he explained to me that he was finishing a job he showed up around 7pm, diagnosed the problem, promised to order the part, next day he returned made the repairs, a month later all is good

Mohamed responded promptly to my call for service on a broken ice maker, kept me posted by text as to his expected arrival time, was courteous, friendly and personable and quickly solved the ice maker problem. I highly recommend Quality DC Appliance Repair and will certainly have Mohamed service my next appliance issue.
