"Les, Thanks for the great review. Your job was very difficult as your floor was over 10" thick. It took us a lot longer then a normal job and we as usual did not charge you for the extra work. We appreciate you trusting us to fix your problem. Now you can go ahead and refinish your old flooding basement !!! Charlie Owner Quality Dry Basements"
"Thanks Syed, Glad we could solve your problem. It got the house SOLD that weekend. Congratulations !!"
"Thanks John for the nice review. We did a huge amount of work tearing out the remnants of a basement ravaged by flooding over the years. We also installed a new deep pressure relief system which has worked perfectly for you. I went to the job after the 3 days of heavy rains and your basement was bone dry!!!. Sorry we left some of the concrete over the trenches a little uneven, but we did gey the guys back and make it right for you. I know you are a real estate development professional so I really appreciate your kind review. Charlie"
"Thanks for the great review Rick. You now have a completely dry basement and can now sell the house! Sorry about the dust, but to do the job properly we need to cut and carry out tons of concrete. sometimes there is some dust."
"In fact we did speak with the customer and inform her her pumps where out of warranty. We told her the price to replace the pump and never heard back from the customer. Somewhere some how communications went array. ( She called us three times within 1 hour and after we spoke to her one day later she called 4 times within 2 hours ) ( Obviously this woman has an unrealistic sense of response time. We told her we had to check her contract to see if she was still under warranty. ) It turns out her pumps where out of warranty and she was informed she would have to pay for a new one I personally called the customer and set the process in motion for her to buy a new pump and have it installed. We have an A+ with the Better Business Bureau and we work hard to keep our customers happy. If this was our fault, we apologize and will make sure this doesn't happen again. After speaking with customer and once again informing customer her pump was out of warranty, she never called back to buy a new pump. This woman just wanted a Free pump ! She has since called us again to buy a new pump and then never sent us the money to buy it. She has set two appointments and never rturns our calls to confirm. She is just anoyed that she needs to pay for a new pump and just wants to punish us we bad reviews. In fact in over 7 years, she has NEVER seen a drop of water! This is very frustrating as we work hard to keep our customers happy. Charlie Owner Quality Dry Basements INC"

"We are truly saddened by the customers satisfaction with the system we installed. The customer called the office exuberant after we finished the job, Shortly there after we had a rain and the customer complained that her pumps never went on. We explained in detail to the customer that we are in a three year drought and until the ground is saturated with water that her pumps would not go off. The customer could not and still can not grasp this simple fact. She called again after 6 days of 90 plus degrees and high humidity to say her pumps were not going off and that she had moisture on her floor. We explained to her that she has an air conditioned upstairs, a crawl space that opens int into the basement and the different air temperatures where causing condensation. Once again she refused to accept our explanation and requested we come out and check her pumps. We told her we would do so, but if they were functioning she would be charged for a service call. She refused the offer and complained to the Better Business Bureau, who by the way have closed her case for her refusal to understand her warranty. I In fact she recently accepted our offer for a service call and we did test the pump in front of the customer. The pumps are working as designed and the customer owes us for an unneeded service call.We warranty against water leaking through the wall or the floor. If this happens, we return and fix the problem for free. We do not warranty against condensation or, humidity or pipe leaks as we have no control over these issues. We have over 5,000 systems in place and not one has failed. If there was an actual problem it would have been fixed immediately! This system works as designed and all terms of our contract have been met."
"Thanks for the review. We are glad you are satisfied with your completely Dry basement. That's what we guarantee!!!"
"Thanks Deborah for the great review. You now have DRY liveable space for you in the basement!"
"Thanks Marilyn. Your basement had been flooding for over 20 years. Someone had even laid a second concrete floor on top of the original floor to stop the water. You live in wetlands and there is a ton of water surrounding your home. I knew we could get you dry and we did. Thanks for trusting us and enjoy your new dry and finished basement!"
"Thanks Edith. It was a tough job and after this last 2" rain we haven't heard from you, so I expect everything is working fine-no more flooding!!! We look forward to doing you second property !"
"Thank you Pamela for the great review. We had a challenge with all the rock ledge in the basement, but we are sure you will be completely dry from now on!"
"thank you Marisol for trusting us to permanently fix your water problem. It was a pleasure working with you. We hope your finished space is now usable to your satisfaction!"
"Thanks for the nice review Agnes. It was a tough job and all went well. We are pleased you trusted us!"
"We went out to the site and cleaned the customers driveway, a week after the job was done. Unfortunately, the tiles in the basement do have a slight film on them, but they are all broken from years of previous water damage. The customer was advised that she had no footings under her walls and how the job would proceed. She had no complaints other then the fact that she has a few hairline cracks in the concrete we laid over her interior french drain. Our contract specifically state this will happen and is not necessary to repair, as water will not come through them. We have had numerous heavy rains and the system is working perfectly."
"Thanks for the review. Sometimes we have to change start dates due to unforeseen circumstances on prior jobs. We start and finish and never leave a job undone. Sorry about the two x fours, but our contract stipulates that we take concrete only. Glad the system is working fine1"
"The home owner had water after we installed his system, when there had not been any rain for over two weeks. We went back and checked our work,. Th home owner had a leaking pipe and had re-sheet rocked his wall. The water was clearly not a result of a leaking system, and we did not need to repair anything!. It appears the home owner, who only repaired a portion of his leaking basement due to budgetary restraints, is upset that he had to spend money to fix his problem. We have had many heavy rains since we went out and discovered the leaking pipe and we have not had any calls from the customer."
"We are in Litigation with this customer. All of the above is untrue. All work was done to the satisfaction of the homeowners representative and a bill was sent. We have found in our search that the home has been in foreclosure since May 2013., 6 months before we started our work.. A very devious and dishonest homeowner. The home is located in Connecticut by the way, not Florida. We are out over 75% of the cost of the job, plus attorney fees and court cost. We where duped by the homeowner, who had no intention of ever paying the balance for work performed. In this case we where deliberately mislead. We finally got paid i full and the customer has a DRY basement as guaranteed!!!"
