Mr. Jerry Smith made multiple appointments but NEVER showed up on time. He agreed to perform our job, we signed a contract and Mr. Smith demanded a deposit. He was given a deposit and a work date was established. He DID NOT show up on the scheduled date. In addition, he never called. Finally on the second day, we called him, fired him on the telephone and requested our deposit back because he breeched the contract. He agreed to refund our money...but he never did. Mr. Smith is unreliable!!! If he didn't want to do our job, he should have said so. Stringing us along and taking money on false pretenses is unacceptable.
