This is what I call real service. Mr. Chris Jones from Quality Electric contacted me early this morning and was here before noon. Project completed to my satisfaction. He gets a five star rating for promptness, cost effective and service rendered.

The response to my request for service was IMMEDIATE and repair was done within hours!! Was impressed with the professionalism, courtesy, and time spent explaining the the electrical problem before the repair was made. Would definitely recommend to all who have an electical problem!!

Had 3 outlets installed and one does not work. I have not called to let them know because there is other work that needs to be done and I do not have money yet for that job.

Where do I start? With the electrician (Chris) falling off of his ladder and breaking a tree in my yard? No, not there. With him not wiring the outdoor light at the height I requested because 'he didn't have enough wire'? No, not there. With the fact that it took him 6 hours to do a 1 1/2 hour job? No, not there. How about with upcharging me $25 for a motion that he said cost $22 more than the normal model, even though the light itself can be bought at Home Depot for $27??! No, not there. We'll start and end with the fact that the switch to the light wasn't wired right and I had to re-wire correctly the next day!!! DON'T HIRE THEM!!!

I am very dis-satisfied with Chris Jones. He provided me an estimate, we discussed in great detail the work that needed to be done & agreed on a price. Today he came to do the work, he completed everything we discussed as outlined in his estimate except for run a new romex line from the basement to 1st and 2nd floor level. When he completed the job and I inquired whether the new line was run, he became loud, irate, agrumentative and very disrespectful. I tried to inform him that I am just trying to verify whether the work was completed as per our initial discussion and he continued hollering. Unbelieveable...

Commited to finish the work. Very responsible to do things right and solve problems.
