Kam came out within one day to discuss the project and see what he was dealing with. He provided an estimate next day. I booked him, and within a week he was able to come out and complete the project. He was great at talking me through the different options, and questions that I had. He'll be my go-to electrician going forward.

Wanted a Pro to repair hole & cracks in popcorn finish ceiling so it would be done correctly to match the rest of the ceiling. Showed up on time Monday to quote job assured me he could do the job & showed me pics of other construction jobs he had done so decided to go with him. ( I really like the gentleman ) However he was 1.5 hours late Tuesday, did not show up on Wednesday due to a personal issue, 1.5 hours late on Thursday & Friday. Job took 4 days that should have been finished in 1 to 1.5 days. After replacing drywall patching the holes he was spraying the ceiling with Joint Compound then scraping it off did this about 4 - 5 times trying to get the popcorn finish. After 3 hours I saw he was using the joint compound and suggested he was using the wrong material. The material I was familiar with came in a 30 - 40 lb bag that needed mixed and was supplied in coarse medium & fine texture. He shut it down & said he would do some checking &; be back in the morning to finish correctly. He showed up Friday morning again @ 1.5 hours late with aerosol cans of popcorn finish spray for patching ceiling. He finished best he could and after 4 days paid him. So I paid $400. Could have done myself with same results for $60 of material. I dont think he had ever done a popcorn ceiling before.

Terrible communication. Seemed to have no idea about their pricing and were making it up as they went. Were arguing about what to buy at Lowes to complete the project. Overall, the work was done, but it did not feel professional at all.

Very quick to schedule and make repairs - next day service. QE replaced outlets and some weren't quite flush with the wall; the electrician said it was due to the age of the house and the way they were originally installed. Very good value for the cost of services.
