Addition to Existing Structure Building Service

Eric is a very friendly and likeable contractor with a decent crew. However, he does have a problem with punctuality and showing up when he says he will (which I've heard is often the case with contractors). We ended up terminating our contract two/thirds of the way in because we were not totally happy with the work that had been done. Perhaps we didn't offer enough direction, but I think the whole project could have been better organized on his part. I think his talents might be better suited to commercial properties.
