"These people want something for nothing. We built a free standing deck under the watchful eye of Jefferson County WV permit office. Our work passed all inspections and we were issued a final inspection. After the homeowner abused the product, they want us to come back and fix it for free. Which we did. We came back out, at no charge, and added cross bracing underneath the deck. That was not to their satisfaction, so they called the County back. County says there will be movement in a free standing deck and that the deck was built to county specifications. That still does not satisfy this customer. We have been in business for 28 years and have hundreds of satisfied customers."
