Very prompt response to my inquiry and the quality of the work was great. Work was completely quickly and the job site was very clean when the job was done. No mess at all. Only rated a 4 in customer service as I'm still waiting for the receipt I was promised. Otherwise it would be a 5.

They were quick to respond and their prices were affordable, especially during these tough economic times. However: They had to come back to correct errors in measurements. They were to return to finish cutting a post and put on the correct top cap. Even though we've called several times, to this date this has not been done. To us that means the job has not been finished. Do not pay anyone until the job is done and invoices are in your hand, no matter how much you trust them.

He and his team were there when they said they would be and completed the job the same day. His prices were competitive and fair. I was very impressed with his work and wouldn't hesitate to use or refer him again.
