From the start, Sales (Lisa), Project Manager (Arthur), Manager, Workers were outstanding. Told us what they would do, when they would do it, and then they did it all in a timely and quality fashion. Very fine!

Salesperson came to our home , show the product they had , we decided on the one we wanted , They order window to be made and later called with a date to install. The salesperson is a person that use to uinstall the window so he answer all our question,and we felt very comfortable,not high pressured, the only coplant I have is the lip that sticks up when you open the door to walk thur , I have trip on it several times. the window are beautiful and do keep the room cooler

1 st were new windows in a rental.....Labor was, in my opinion outrageous. The rep. couldn't break down what the labor would be while at our house, & then we felt pressured to sign right then (I won't get back to Burney for another 3 or 4 months and our prices will raise the beginning of the year). Funny, we saw him a few more times in the next few weeks.
